Available Channel Needed in Cox Phoenix

Need an available channel on the Cox Phoenix system for a home with a security camera that will be modulated on to the cable channels in his home. Looking for 3 adjacent vacant channels to put the modulated one in the middle to keep a vacant channel on both sides of the camera feed.
