Why would you want to integrate a cameras system in to cox plant? You'll end up being band passed! Run a couple new runs to his set(s) and buy a modulator from Radio Shack and modulate out on an unused uhf freq! He'd be able to use PIP if that's what he wants. Later, Mike M.
