do u know how 2 hook up surveillance equipment? is there a dvr or vcr for the camera? is there a smart panel in the home? do u see what i'm getting at. this is not a complicated issue at all. If it is a single camera w/no recording, use the video inputs on the TV! if there are multiple cameras on a dvr, use the inputs on the TV! if there is a smart panel, there will be a corresponding modulator that can be purchased to once again use the inputs on the TV! u don't need LPF's! most of the cameras today have rca to bnc connector or visa versa.
