Well that explains it. Nortons is the biggest memory hog piece of crap sold. Nortons will virtually shut down any computer. Add spyware and a corrupted registry and he will run like a snail. Bet the whole system crashes when he tries to remove Nortons... Its a shame such a good utility during the days of dos has become a giant albatros.
