I'm in the construction end for 33 years.Getting out too.Had it with the cash going downhill ever year.It's been my pleasure over the years to work for contractors that only care about the almighty dollar no matter what their employees are up against.My owner figures out our production on a calculator on what we shoud have done for production span by span without ever figuring the variables.He has no idea what goes on behind the scenes being 75 miles away from the actual job.
