I hear ya Dan, the only way I'm able to stick with it here in Southern New England was goin' in house for a good hourly rate with a good company. Not really local [1&1/2 hr ride each way] but they pay one way travel, their truck, their gas and I'm home every night. At 49 years young I'm hopin' I got 10 or so years left in the field. They tell me they got a spot for me in the office when I'm done, we'll see.
