I believe it has to do with a legality issue . Anyone being disgruntlted could come here and spout untruths about anyone, thats called libale or written slander. I'll be willing to bet if you took a court ordered decision against a company in which you were the plaintiff that you won and scanned it as a legal document , it would be allowed to stand as posted. If you have been in this businees for a while and you follow the help wanted postings and the frequency to which they appear that pretty much speaks for itself . I always ask twenty million questions before going any where and always want something in writing to the affect of cause before heading out. I don't often get burned , but it does happen. The best way I have found to protect yourself is to ask people here for their imput on a certain person or company by private message.
