READ QUOTATIONS BELOW!!! The CABL Bar is exempt but the individual posting the information is not. The Admin has no legal obligation to remove material posted on a forum, unless its brought to his attention to be slanderous. They do so here for their own reasons. I dont understand it when they have the lineman forum. Its like a video store with a back room for porn that 10 year olds can rent from. Doesnt make sense to me but hey its their site. Would be nice to have a subcontractor gossip section spewing information about contractors that come to work drunk, fail drug tests, or fail to pay child support, are hacks, false bill, anything to give the primes a jump on who is BSing....
