I think the main players, DTV esp, would oppose true QCs. There are many many installs out there that are working fine for the cx and the happy customer is paying without complaint. Technically the installation is crap. As it is now DTV gets paid and IF anything goes wrong.........the hacks struck again. Bab, bad hacks!
Asside from NLOS I have not seen a job shut down for "impossible to ground".
Consider every apartment installation.
Don't ask. dont tell...................They will opopse being told.
