the thing thou what if the jobs were done right; and i have done apartment i usually find a way to ground them. it just takes some time to find one like a i beam inside the that closet where the water heater is. ok; if everyone is happy with the pay scale now then hey who cares. I've been told before hsp's jumped in it was 149/49 with the price of gas, copper, and everything else going up. whatever seems to me to be the way to go; and isn't everyone tired of the burger flipper that had two weeks of training cleaning up after him/ her.
