Hi guys,
Don't mean to be a smart ass, but in Texas the FCC does not overrride private property rights. If a MDU owner does not want another service provider, the FCC cannot do **** about it. Just like in single family residences, the cable company, wheter it be Grande or TWC does not own the cable once it is attached to to house. It belongs to the homeowner. Although cable providers like to think differentlly, Texas real estate law overrides all. Because in the end, we work for the homeowner. Just food for thought. Tim M.
