Re: FCC Ruling on Multifamily units

The term "States Rights" is a misnomer it should be called "Left over Rights" at the in the of "Bill of Rights" it states any powers not defines in these articles are reserved for the states. In the constitution it states "provide for the General Welfare. This line gives rise to agencies such as the FCC,FTC,ICC,FBI,EPA and others that have superior powers to the states. Even the Circuit Courts are federal courts that may preside in your state. This is the main reason that we have to remain vigilant in regards to powers that they want to extend to themselves. Not that all powers assumed are necessarily wrong, but powers like the ones being used by The Department of Homeland Security called the Patriot act, should be use sparingly and with complete over site, and congressional renewal provisions.
.....Why does the government tax overtime more than regular time. I think there should be allowances to let men who put in the extra effort receive the fruits of his labor by taxing overtime at a lesser rate than regular time. That would be in the interest of the common good?
