In order not to lose the contract to some new start up that thinks they figured out how to make more than their 8.50 an hour the prime is stuck accepting every change. The real problem is that the MSO's don't care about the customer. They don't care about the customer getting installed, getting the services fixed, or taking care of customer service for our existing customers. They are willing to sacrifice the customer for a couple bucks back in their pocket, and that is why we make no money now. They are big enough that they don't have to provide good service, good customer service, or high quality product. They provide it and majority of their customers will deal with what they are given...........
