are u expected to fix the problem too? The posting states that its from the tap to the first amp or le feeding it. What happens if the problem is prior to that amp or le? If it takes a couple of hours to find the problem and fix it your making a whopping $15hr before expenses. To let a system get that bad you must have some grade A techs working in it.
1200-1400 service calls back logged. Think about all the pissed of customers.
Customer- I am calling about problems i am having with my local channels.
Cable company- We can send someone out. Hows between 9-11 am on Aug 27? Will u be home?
