I found this add absolutely laughable I mean really,I believe in this case they're smoking better stuff than you do! The add further states that they're 1200 to 1400 service calls behind! I'd sure hate to work there! I'd never sleep if we had 1200 service calls overhead. I cant sleep if we have two or three. Thats a prime case of reactive verses proactive preventative maintenance. I say let them wallow in they're obvious ineptness and let 1400 grow to 2000 until the dish man takes over. Its cable companies like this that give cable a bad name, let them sink.
