That's my point .... where does one get fiber splicing experience. I'd love to get into that side of cable. You cannot garner the experience without actually doing the work. The install side, of which I've done all facets from prime contractor to field installer, is completely hopeless. Full of crooks, cons, and extremely unappreciative MSO's. I should have left installs 20 years ago, lol.
