That is exactly right. It is the Contractor that doesn't give a $hit about anything but making $ at the expense of people trying to put food on their tables for their families. MOST CONTRACTORS ARE CROOKS WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN, AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! The contractor is the one responsible for the BS we all see now. They will take work for any price offered to them. They are frickin wimps. They should have their A$$E$ kicked and that is just for starters
