your right the hole industry sucks cable and sat. been in it for 25 years. In 1982 when i installed i could make $600.00 to 1000.00 a week.remember gas was 50 to 75 cents a gallon. when i hired a installer in 1995 he or she should be able to make $1000.00 dollars a week. Gas was 99 cent a gallon. now its hard to make 1000.00 dollars a week and gas is $3.25 a gallon expenses have gone out the roof with no pay adjustments. because some ass hole that doesn"t have a clue about the business are he or she thinks that they do go in and say they can do it for this price. and that price good are bad sets the price all over. At one time the contractor was the cable company friend. Now we just a piece of meat to be feed to the dogs.
