Re: DirecTV HSP in Philadelphia?

Mike

Your so sooooo right. Not only will I not work the prices set today, I also will not permit Dish or DirecTv, or HSP, Subs, etc take advantage og me. Prices are to low, and eventually these prices have driven out good techs.

Those techs out there driving 70 miles to complete a 1 or 4 set are on either sniffing some good drugs, have no hope in life, or just cannot survive another working environment. To bad!

Every installler out there needs to wake up and realize they may be spending half there time in their vehicles trying to make a dollar. When you deduct all the other costs, they are not making money, they are making pennies.

All you techs need to speak out and stop your crying. If it means quitting, so be it. This industry has probably the highest turnover rate of any industry.

The HSP cries the blues they want the installs completed as DirecTv or Dish wants. Then, let them pay a reasonable fee for professional installers and not somone who went through a weeks training course.

Have a good one.
