While they may give you your van and gas, and while no insurance may seem great, after a few eeks, you'll soon realize the pay they offer is not really that great.
Trust me I've been there and done that. When you see the hours you put in and then compare the average wage therafter, you too will see you are not making money. Your making the minimum wage if not less.
It is for this reason I would never work for a HSP like Ironwood, or any other HSP. HSP makes outrageous profits, at your expense.
Be prepared for many disappointment, and empty promises.
