warranty, sorry for your misfortunes and shortcomings, i'm not sure who you worked for before. at least from my experience with ironwood from 1/2004 to 11/2004 before i left the industry i made close to $49,000 while paying for gas. the pay scale then actually was a few dollars less then it is now. i thought that was pretty good, granted i did work 55-60 hours a week, 6 days, but hey i was making some decent money. better then $35,000 salary where i cant do nothing about making more. i guess time will tell......
