the new incompetent in-house tc guy at our shop today chimed in when we were talking about the re-install code no longer paying anything more than a repoint.........i was saying something about the all inclusive service change being the end of the industry and he chimed in that what the real problem was, was that people were hiring techs that didn't know anything about what they were doing. is it just me or does it seem that people in the office don't seem to get that dropping the rates is what makes it possible for people that don't know anything to work?
i thnk i'd rather mow grass.
