I simply don't do them. If the company isn't paying then I politely inform the customer that If I rework the entire job and make it right I will be working for free. I then suggest that they call dish and get them to track down who did the install and have the company send out a compitant tech. Of course I give the customer my card and most of the time I get a phone call asking how much it will cost to have me redo the work. Profesionalism guy's. don't work for free and don't rip off the customer. It will get you a long way.
