Wiring business

So heres the deal. I am a contractor for a cable company, but I am also trying to start my own small business running any type of data/video/audio wiring. I have been getting clients and doing a few good paying jobs per week, but I am not sure what the industry standard is for the amount to charge. I have just been coming up with amounts that sound fair to me.

For example. I have been charging a flat fee for residential wallfishes of $65.00 assuming that the wallfish is a fairly simple job. (No special retrofitting)

I did a commercial job this week where I charged the customer $50.00 per hr to pull Cat5 through drop ceiling.

How much is usually charged. Is it charged per ft of cable, hrs or set price per run?

Any suggestions or resources would be helpful.
