1) wall fishes should be charged out at 75.00 an hour so don't include any retro-fitting in that. 2) Cat-5 should be billed out at $100 minimum an hour 3) you can always leave the door open to best offer on any custom or extra work.
Just a thought, I used to bill for Comcast, Ironwood, and Directv so they're all pretty close on that part of it.
