i want an installers point of view on this:
do you follow the last man out rule?
i for one will say that if i am not reimbursed for materials and tme that i do not follow the last man out rule if it does not fall into the guidlines of the workorder.
i know that many will call me a hack for this, but i will tell you that you are the reason for scopecreep and price cuts. but i'm not asking for an argument, just a nice semi-anonymous poll of ACTUAL performance.
