I have one thing to say about this .
if you dont know the product you install inside and out, backwards and forwards.... well then you are not a professional installer your a hack!! part of an installers job is customer education a big part !!and to use an excuse like Charter wont give me a discount thats why i dont know anything about it is poor to say the least. it is installers like this that drive contract prices down in the industry!! I work my a$$ of to make money installing just to see hacks drive the money down every year!!
