The MSO I work for doesn't offer a discount or any other service. Whenever a customer asks how to use a feature on their digital, HSD, or telephone I till them that I do not know how to use it because I don't have the service at my house. When they ask why, I tell them that Charter is too cheap to give me a discount and therefor I don't give them any money. It blows most of the customers minds that the one person who Charter needs to be knowledgeable about their products doesn't even use the products at home.
