Installation /Payroll

There is a company in New Mexico I have been in this profession for over 8 years.I have sub contracted for since January 2007 til present. We recently have had bad weather conditions rain, sleet, snow. I told the managers that it was not wise to work in these conditions especially the majority of the time we are on roofs. The next day I came in for my work, they took me to the back office and wanted to discuss that i should have fulfilled these orders and not rescheduled. Has anyone had this problem and what do you think. Also, since we could not come to an agreement with their work ethics, they simply said there was no work for me. When payday came today, they are giving me a run around and they even still owe me this ck plus two weeks. It seems that there is no way or no one to contact. they are rude and they even hang up on me. Does anyone have any advise?
