FYI: If you have your own site survey form and (have it signed before attaching anything to the house) that spells out that if the customer that if they do not sign the DISH / DTV / Wildblue Contractual agreement that they are responsible for the time, labor up to the min. amount. This is adiquite for small claims court ($25.00 paper work / filing fee) You may never see the money (most the time your paid right there in court) but you can have this put on their credit report. It works for 95%.
