that's how my shop pays, if you have the pre-install portion of the site survey signed and the job gets closed you get paid. i rarely do that as lots of subs waffle at signing anything prior, but while the receivers are activating i get that signed first......i've had lots of refusals on the 18 month commitments lately and it means nothing to me, the site survey and work order are signed and another signature on each that the sub refuses the commitment. dish still holds them to the commitment regardless.
