Let me get this straight. You went to this job twice, and on the first trip out, you didn't explain to the customer what a free install consisted of. Then you went back, DID THE INSTALL, and still didn't explain what a free install consisted of. And NOW you are complaining about not getting paid for doing a non-standard install..... ummm.... whose fault is that? YOURS. YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR, you have the right to walk away from an install that you don't feel you will get paid enough for.
