28' ladder and that's hairy,lol, come on down to Virginia where a 40' will get ya one rung over the gutter on these 4 story townhouses. I've had to climb off the 40' onto a 12 pitch roof and go to the peak cause the roof is too steep to get a line of sight and this was by no means a rare occurance either,At least 3 or 4 a week. Your boss looks at ya like you squat to pee if ya gripe about it. I don't do it anymore though, I got out when the prices fell below $80.00 a single. 28' ladder, sorry i'm still laughin!
