Re: Dish or Direct from the cx point of view?

i don't own an inclinometer, it's rare that i need one, and when i do our qc manager brings me his (i know i should have one, but it's so rare that when i'm buying tools it just doesn't come to mind) i'm currently down to the accutrac 22 pro with a birddog being sought out by the prime since he is a distributor for perfect 10 and a few other companies.......i really never cared for the birddog until i borrowed one from the shop to do a 1k2 dish and realized that it powers the triple lnb without aid from a receiver. i still find it to be cumbersome, but it is the future. my meter still isn't my best tool though. i'll give that honor to my rigid 18 volt hammer (beat up as it is, since i only use screw clips) and 5 sets of various fish stix (all interchangable) that get a cable anywhere. the flexbits are great, but they make me sweat any time i HAVE to use them and i don't even let the prime know that i have them. just having a 28 foot ladder on the truck while most have 22 foot ladders gets me into enough hairy spots.
