My hub worked for Mastec on several occasions, and always got paid on time and every time. Cableman86 is right - the paperwork is essential to be correct, and you are told that right from the get go. Dan worked in WVA and MD and never had any problems, he even got his retainage back. As always, it probably depends on who you were working under, and Dan was a coax splicer, nothing to do with dish installs or anything....don't know if that makes a difference. But good paperwork and communication are important. Now you have 2 opinions based on meeting Mastec's requirements....
