Seriously tho...Do NOT talk to a CSR...ALWAYS go straight for the jugular and get the manager on duty to air your dissatisfaction...And do not threaten you will go to satellite...DO IT!!! Cancel ALL services right there on the spot and then order satellite from the prvider of your choice. But quit the friggin drama...Bitching about it won't fix a damn thing...
