Yes we have a unique (?) setup. This is for the new Quick Takes Plus through hits. We are a test site for it. The 4520 does go with the OM 1000 in this setup. They link up with a phoenix plug on the ISO port to a rs530 on port 5 of the OM 1000. I finally got to talk to some engineers at Motorola yesterday and spent 3 hours on the phone, but they can't seem to figure it out either. I am waiting for the senior engineer to call me back today. There are I think 11 other sites that have done this, I was hoping maybe one of those would see this post. Anyway, thanks for your response and if anyone has any ideas I've got my ears wide open. Thanks.
