Hmm...that sounds interesting. I have not been up on new HITS services lately. Most of my deployments have been direct provider feeds.
Does HITS not provide any sort of setup instructions for this?? Seems odd, as it is their architecture & service ultimately.
My guess is Moto's tech support(TAC? I think) will be hard pressed to find somebody at a "tech support" level. Meaning, this sounds like something that probably has not trickled down Moto's support reps yet. But I guess you have to try.
