I have worked for TB Cable LLC for over 2 years and none of the workers have been not paid for work completed within specifications. It's funny how people can talk the talk but when it comes time to perform they fall flat on their face. We have had approx. 55 techs come through this project and only about 15-20 actual could perform at the level they sold them self at. Example .. Triple play techs that don't know how to use a scotch lock properly. Claim to be a triple play tech and can't trouble shoot there way out of a paer bag that is already open.
I would like to thank those that have been here and did do an excellent job, Just wish work hadn't started back up closer to home for you. You guy's know who you are and we appreciate all you have done to help make this a better place to work.
