If you truly wanted good techs out in the field representing your company there is this thing called an interview and a background check where you actually have somebody present to meet the perspective installer/contractor, spend a few minutes or more with them and actually ascertain wether they can actually tell the difference between RG-59 and RG-6 before you give them stock, equipment, and a route and say "go forth young man and install".
Tell the "contractor" to come to an interview with their tools, meters, laptop, work vehicle, etc.
When somebody shows up w/o the tools of this trade thats generally a dead give away.
Oh yeah I forgot, it works more like this..... "thank god we got some more guys coming in, now we can up quota and make more $$$....well at least untill the charge backs start. But then we'll just take it out of the subs cut". Sound familiar ?????
