That was an enlightening statement.
So I guess by that, what you do with applying tech's is throw them into the field knowing little about them or their work quality, instead of putting them through some specification program so to teach your "way", then when the MSO bitches you kick them out and withhold all pay.
Let me also assume you give no tech an opportunity to fix failed jobs that were brought to your attention by the MSO.
That's a nice business model your company has. Head's they win, tail's tech loses.
