Trey answer me just one thing how much is an installer worth? What would you say an hourly wage should be? How long would it take you to train someone to do installs?Thats the problem with installers its not set-up to make a career being an installer its a stepping stone position thats all it is was and ever will be period. I couldnt stand to do installs every day all day week after week year after year no wonder half of them are upset I'd be stir crazy in no time.l
