Sorry but your still bleeding why walk out on your job get representation and let them do the walking
IE. Ever get in trouble and you hired a lawyer That person did the talking and you did the walking and never skipped a beat .
walking out on on a job is fools goal you go now where
Make a list of demands and let the rep negotiate other wise you are just bleeding and management knows it
