Sounds like a couple of years ago on the bar when people were trying to get a national union started that already exists called CWA, IBEW. It takes companies to make the decision to do something about the industry, employees are always replaced. However to those that are doing well in the industry right now congrats but remember where you came from and how you were the grunt on the crew at one time. Remember there are other companies that will work for less than most of us. Stand st
