I would still get a lawyer. Were these guys employees at the other company? Just doenst sound right. Although, Bush did make some recent changes to the OT laws. They say millions of workers lost their right to OT. I never read the alerts I got on this issue. I never thought it had any effect on our type of work.
If these people are correct, were in trouble.
