Overtime Ruling in Ohio

I sent a few new hires to local labor board as I felt they were cheated out of OT piece rate from their previous employer. They were told and I was told by fedral labor board that they were not entitled to OT BECAUSE there wasa ruling that cable tv techs were so called transport workers and they were the final step in delivering the porduct to consumer. The local Fed board told me they were told no longer to persue this issue. I think its wrong and crazy. I continue to pay my employees piece rate with OT. Anyone who wanst to know more can PM me
