You're absolutlely right freeman. All i see and hear is cable techs whining about how their rates keep dropping and dropping and the in house techs complaining how they don't make that much and no one wants to get up off there asses to do anything about it. whether it be union or co-op or what ever!!
My opinion being a U member is that every tech that deals with a company needs one but even if they were to go co-op at least that would be something!! But to do nothing except to complain and complain and complain is sickening!!! I mean **** i have never heard of an industry that's making more money than ever dropping your pay! It's like winning the lottery and having to shell out million dollars!
