freeman i have a question for you. Hypothetically, lets say your shop went union or for that matter all of the shops are union. Why would you as a tech care if there was a couple of other techs that were lazy azzholes, wouldn't that be the supervisors or managers job to ride those azzholes until either 1: they get their game up or 2: they bust them doing some against company policy and fire them!
I work in a company that is union and about 99% of us bust our asses everyday, and as for that one percent; We don't work with them, why? Well for one we don't want to be known as a lazy azzhole and another more important reason is that being lazy azzholes, our foremen ride out on them every chance they get and it's a matter of time before they get themselves in trouble!
Just a question.
Oh and before anybody starts saying i have an agenda check the next post.
