The problem with a union is even the crappy workers get the same pay you do, whether you do twice as much work as they do!! They reap all of the benefits you do and they can sit on their ass and make the same as you and not get fired!!
A co-op you don't have to put up with that.!!
I agree with vegas, equal pay for what you do and no matter where. Just someone tried it in 78 doesn't mean it won't work now!!
It sound like allot of people want to bitch allot and not want to get off the perch!!!!!!
