Dave,
I'm having the same experience here in Maryland. I responded to a DirectSatUSA ad here on the Bar and was referred to an installation company near here. As the days turned into weeks and months I saw new and unexpected activation requirements added to the daily activation procedure. And the checks were late and light. Yesterday I was told I had 21 recivers in my possession...after 6 weeks of no contact.they owe me around four thousand but this new demand for receivers that have been installed for several months........?
Thanks for the response. I think I am going to drop my small claims court attempt to get my unpaid installation invoices paid and speak to the MD State's Attorney. This seems like a fraud case involving transactions accross state lines. Or there may be a civil action with a punative award. Grrrrrrrrrrrr! These turkeys are doing it on purpose to steal the money.
Any one else out there with a similar experience?
Good luck,
Thanks Dave
Joe
